Courier – For businesses that can’t leave the shop, we have a courier who will pick up your computer and return it.
Remote Service – If you have Apple OSX Tiger 10.4 or higher we can now help you resolve issues with a direct connection to your computer over the Internet. We use Team Viewer for ultra-convenient remote support.
