Trade-up your Mac for a new Mac.
TRICOM is once again offering customers the ability to trade-in their existing Macintosh for discounts on a new computer. We do this as a service to our customers who want the latest technology and to our customers looking for a first used Macintosh.
Some commonly asked questions about our trade-in programs:
Q: Can I trade in any Macintosh?
A: Not all computers have a trade in value. We have supplied the form at
left to tell us about your trade in and its specifications.
Q: How much will I get for it?
A: We use a bunch of factors to decide what the best value for your computer
is including what it’s selling for on eBay, what its value is for parts...
Q: How long does this take?
A: Were dying to get you into a new Macintosh as well. As soon as we get
the form response we will give you an offer. If you accept we ask that you
bring your machine in for evaluation. If everything checks out, we will call
to finalize the sale.
Also, since we already have your machine we can migrate the software at
no charge. **

A: Only after were 100% sure your new computer is working do we erase your
data using a secure data erase. None of your documents or applications
are ever shared.

sell it themselves on eBay. This option provides the fastest way to get
a discount on a new computer purchase.

A: No.
