What to do when your computer wont start?

Inside just about all computers is a device called a hard drive.  The hard drive stores all our data,  including pictures, music and videos.  Because it contains moving parts its the one piece of a computer that will eventually fail.

This is why having a backup of all your data is so important.  But no matter how much we emphasize how important this is, home users and businesses just don’t backup as often as needed.
