We can assist with upgrading your existing point of sale system as well.  This may include migrating your existing accounting information or moving your customers or products to LightSpeed.   Our LightSpeed sales department will work out a step by step plan to make sure everything is done for you with minimal downtime.   In most cases, we have completed the LightSpeed setup in 1 day!

Lightspeed Installation Package. (1 to 3 stations)

With this package TRICOM will come to your business and setup your Lightspeed for you.  This is the most recommended package we sell and includes all of the following:

1. -Setup of computers and all hardware included with the purchase of your system.  (1 - 3 stations)
   

2. -Network Setup (if needed) of your purchased computer stations and printers.
   

3. -Setup of Lightspeed software, accounting connection (if needed), Merchant services (if needed) and Logo for printed documents.
   

4. -Programming of Barcode scanner (if needed) and setup of Credit Card services (if needed)
   

5. -Estimated time is 1 day (5 hours)

Lightspeed Training Package. (1 to 3 stations)

Our training package is designed to get you and your staff up and running using lightspeed and the Macintosh.  Some of the topics we will cover are:

1. -Introduction to using the Macintosh.
   

2. -Setting up your Accounts with MYOB or QuickBooks and working with your inventory and customers.
   

3. -Using the Lightspeed in a retail environment. (AR/AP, Credits, Gift Cards, Returns, etc.)
   

4. -Getting the most from reports and end to day activities.
   

5. -Estimated time is 2 day  (10 Hours)
