In order for us to access your computer you must be using iChat software.   The is software is part of Macintosh OS X 10.5 is usually already in your dock.  If you don’t see iChat in the dock try using your Spotlight search in the upper right corner to help you locate iChat.

Now we simply need to add TRICOM to your “buddy List”.  Press the Plus symbol at the bottom of the iChat window. 

Then enter tricomri as our account name and you should be good to go.
