SYSTEMS ENGINEER - TRICOM is seeking a full-time systems engineer. This individual should be able to execute and coordinate all aspects of computer networking for clients. This position is for an individual who is self-motivated, has excellent follow through skills, and has sales experience. The ideal candidate will have had at least two years of computer systems engineer experience and a working history with Macs. Some evenings and/or weekends are required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide excellent technical support and customer service to our customers over the phone, inhouse, or onsite.
Work primarily on their own. Support staff does not liaison for this position in any way. 
Utilize consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues, provide a prompt, appropriate and profitable solution.
Properly document and track customer issues and resolutions.
Follow escalation procedures as required.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting, testing procedures and documentation for technical support staff.
Document software problem defects for review and corrective action.
Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
Requirements:
 At least two years of computer systems engineer experience.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured automobile.
Assets:
Apple Certifications.
Retail experience.
