Lightspeed Division - TRICOM is seeking a full time sales, support and installer for our Mac only Point of Sale product called LightSpeed. This position is for a person with excellent sales, communication, technical and follow through skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and computer background.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide excellent sales and technical support for our LightSpeed customers. Be a LightSpeed support provider and installer.
Utilize consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution.
Properly document and track customer issues and resolutions.
Follow escalation procedures as required.
Communicate with technical staff members regarding current/ongoing issues.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting, testing procedures and documentation for technical support staff.
Document software problem defects for review and corrective action.
Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management including, answering the phone, cashing out customers, receiving and 
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured automobile.
Ability to become LightSpeed certified in a specific amount of time.
Excellent sales ability.
Computer experience.
Assets:
Macintosh Certifications.
Retail experience.
Point of Sale experience.
LightSpeed experience.
