HARD DRIVE RECOVERY
LEVEL 2 TECHNICIAN - TRICOM is seeking a full-time computer service technician. This position is for an experienced computer technician who can manage everything from break-fix to networking.  The ideal candidate is proficient in Mac OS software, Mac computer hardware and basic networking.  The ideal candidate should also have exemplary verbal and written communication skills and a continued thirst for training and knowledge.  Some evenings and/or weekends are required, as well as potential daily travel. 
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide excellent technical support and customer service to our customers over the phone and inhouse.
Utilize consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution/repair.
Properly document and track customer issues and resolutions.
Follow escalation procedures as required.
Communicate with support staff regarding current/ongoing issues.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting, testing procedures and documentation for technical support staff.
Document software problem defects for review and corrective action.
Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management including, answering the phone, cashing out customers, etc.
Requirements:
Education in Computer Technology.
At least one year of repair experience (can be PC based only.)
Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured automobile.
Assets:
Apple Certifications.
Retail experience.
